International Vaurien Class Association

also known as the Comité International du Vaurien (CIV).
Why, you may ask? Because the Vaurien Class started in France with a French name of our association.

The IVCA or CIV is the governing body of the International Vaurien Class Association.

There are four annual meetings of the CIV: The summer meeting during the World Championship and the winter meeting, which traditionally is held in Paris at the beginning of December.

Additionally, we have two online-meetings in spring and fall.
